For unsatisfactory products that are unused and in their original packaging, you may return them within 30 days of shipping. We encourage you to email us before returning a used product so that we can provide you with the best service. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and can use their preferred carrier.
